Once you complete an exercise, the response is recorded in three surfaces:

The exercise detail page

Go back to the exercise itself: Exercise Library → find the exercise → "View past completions." You'll see a list with:

  • Each completion timestamp
  • The full responses you made for that completion
  • A diff against your previous completion (when applicable, e.g., a thought record with a different triggering event)

Useful when: you want to compare how the same exercise played out across two days.

My Workbook

My Workbook (Medium / Deep tier; #/workbook) is the chronological feed across everything you've done:

  • Exercises (any modality)
  • Journal entries
  • Mood logs
  • Scale completions (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.)
  • Daily reviews

Filtering by "Exercise" surfaces just exercises. The feed is searchable.

Useful when: you're looking back chronologically — "what was I doing the week of March 15?"

Daily Review

Your Daily Review (#/review) summarizes today's activity. If you completed an exercise today, it shows:

  • The exercise name
  • A 1-2 sentence summary of your response (auto-generated)
  • A "Reflect on today" prompt that incorporates the exercise

Useful when: you're doing your end-of-day check-in and want to reflect on what you did.

What's NOT visible

  • Your responses don't appear on your Profile (public or private). Profile shows assessment results, not exercise history.
  • Forum / community surfaces never show your responses, even if you're logged in.
  • The recommendation engine reads completion patterns (modality, difficulty, frequency) but does NOT read response content to generate recommendations.

Tier-gating

  • Light tier: exercises don't exist on this surface, so this question doesn't apply.
  • Medium tier: all 3 surfaces above are available.
  • Deep tier: same as Medium plus the Pathway timeline (which shows pathway-specific exercise completions in the pathway's context).

Mobile vs web

Identical content on both. The chronological view in Workbook is the same DB query; just rendered for the smaller screen on mobile.
