The default crisis resources page shows numbers based on your detected region. If we got it wrong, or if you're traveling, here's a wider list of free + confidential crisis lines by country.
This list is reviewed quarterly; the next review is scheduled for the start of each quarter. If a number is wrong, please email [email protected] with the country and the correct number — we'll fix it.
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US/CA, 999 UK, 112 most of EU, 000 Australia, 119/110 Japan, etc.). The lines below are for crisis support, not first response.

App-specific note
The in-app Crisis Resources page (Settings → Crisis Resources, or the always-visible crisis banner during a flagged session) auto-detects your region from your locale and the timezone of your device. We do NOT use IP geolocation. If detection is wrong, please contact [email protected] — a manual override UI is on the post-launch roadmap (Phase 14).
