Why am I not getting recommendations? (Cohort sparseness explained)

If the app is waiting for more data before making recommendations, this is due to cohort sparseness. Our system suggests exercises based on patterns from similar cognitive profiles. Until you complete at least one major assessment, the system will default to general recommendations. You can still freely browse and select any exercise in the library.
