Bookmarking

Every exercise card has a heart icon (top-right). Click it to bookmark. Click again to unbookmark.

Bookmarks are private — they're tied to your account, not visible to mentors / partners / community.

Where bookmarks live

Exercise Library → Bookmarks tab. All your bookmarked exercises appear here, sorted by most-recently-bookmarked first.

You can also see a "Bookmarked" filter in any exercise list (search results, modality filter, recommendations).

Why bookmark vs. just remember the name

  • The recommendation engine de-prioritizes recently-completed exercises, so a useful one might not surface again for a few weeks. Bookmarking keeps it one click away.
  • Bookmarks survive when the catalog gets re-curated. We occasionally retire low-quality exercises; bookmarked ones get a "(retired)" tag instead of disappearing.
  • Bookmarks are syncable across devices once you're signed in.

Bookmark limit

No limit. The app does fine with thousands of bookmarks (we tested up to 5,000). Most users have 5-30.

Sorting and filtering bookmarks

Bookmarks tab supports:

  • Sort by: recently-bookmarked / most-completed / alphabetical
  • Filter by: modality / difficulty / accessibility tier

Bookmarks vs My Workbook

Different things:

  • Bookmark = "I want to come back to this" (the exercise itself is what you saved)
  • My Workbook = "this is what I've done" (your completed responses to exercises, alongside journal / mood / scales)

Bookmark something because you might do it. Use Workbook to look back at what you did.

Exporting bookmarks

Included in the data export (Settings → Privacy → Export my data) under bookmarks.csv. One row per bookmarked item with timestamp.
